LSecure Parking Facility
Life Storage Parking 951 is a gated, asphalt paved, well lit, enclosed by concrete perimeter walls topped with electric fencing. High resolution cameras watch the entire facility 24/7. We have our own generator in the event that outside electricity is interrupted. Our guests are issued their own individual gate code to enter and to exit the facility. Our gate has a 24 hour telephone number to call in an emergency.

Assigned Parking
Each guest has their own assigned parking space number, so you don’t have to worry about a last minute mad dash in search for an empty space to park, or the dreaded “Now, where did I park my car?”.
With assigned parking, you know exactly where you are parked.
Extra Benefits
Life Storage Parking has a FREE Wash Station with potable water. Free for you to use to fill up your RV with potable water, wash your car, RV, or boat . Boat owners love to be able to rinse the salt water off their boat and motors.
Also provided is a dumpster for light trash collected on traveling adventures (not for garage cleaning).
Coin operated Air and Vacuum Stations to allow you to spruce up your vehicle and to check your tires to make sure they are safe to travel after being parked for a while. (No one enjoys having a flat tire that was caused by driving on tires with too low air pressure.)
Convenient for Boating & Camping Excursions
Ideal location for boating and camping excursions. Boat ramp locations are as little as 2 miles away and connect to the St. Johns River. SR 46 runs straight to I95 and SR415 goes to New Smyrna and Daytona’s intercostals waterways. State parks are less than an hour away.

The NORTH wall by the entrance is lighted, asphalt paved, lined and numbered, 10′ x 25” parking with a gravel cushion space of 2-4 feet before touching the wall or light post..
Center Section
Extra Wide 12′ x 25′ and 12′ x 50′ Pull Through
IDEAL for Cars, Trucks, RV’s, Buses, Boats, and Trailers
The CENTER section is lighted, asphalt paved, lined and numbered with two 12′ x 25′ parking sides “A” and “B”. By combining the “A” and “B” sides we have created 50 foot Pull Thru parking to make it easy for you to drive in and out without having to back in.
South Wall
Extra Wide 12′ x 50′, and Extra Wide Driveway
Powered Electric Breaker Box: 30 amp and 110 volt outlet
IDEAL for Large RV’s, Buses, Boats, and Trailers
and Guests wanting to maintain Batteries, Refrigeration,

The SOUTH wall is lighted, asphalt paved, lined and numbered with extra wide 12′ x 50′ parking spaces with 1′ – 3′ cushion area before the power boxes and wall. Extra wide driveway to make it easy to back in large vehicles. Multi Vehicles allowed in space. 30 Amp and 110 volt Electric Power is available.
For oversize vehicles needing to go North on 415 / E. lake Mary Blvd., there is a One-Way gated exit through the neighboring Seminole Masonry parking lot.
After exiting the gate by the wash station, drive 150 feet to the stop sign. Turn left to the gate and pull up close to the speed bump to activate the gate, but do not cross the bump until the gate finishes opening inward towards you.

Our latest parking addition is our no frills airport parking area, designed to save you money when you are traveling to and from the airport. After you get your assigned space number, you simply center your car under your parking sign number, and walk through our lighted parking driveways to the entrance to hop on your Uber, Lyft, or Taxi service to the airport.
Returning airport guests can have their lift drop them off at their car. However, since an exit gate code is required to exit the premises, you must open the gate allow the taxi to leave with you.
Helpful Tip: Since you are secure inside and need a code to open the gate, drop off your bags inside the gate near parking space #1 or exit gate pad, then go and park your car. Pick up your bags as you exit the gate to wait for your ride to the airport. This will save some wear and tear on your luggage and arms.
