It is important to setup your Life Storage Account. You can make changes to your information, make online payments, setup an auto-pay account and make changes.
To Create your Life Storage Account you will need the following information:
- Store Number or Store Address: (949 or 951)
- Your Last Name:
- Your Space Number:
- Your Gate/Access Code (numbers only – without * or # symbols):
- Create your User Name:
- Your Email Address (If you rented from a previous Life Storage facility, you will need another email address.):
- Create your User Password:
Don’t forget…My Alerts
You can get email/text/or both payment reminders at the tab My Alerts. Per the Can Spam laws, Life Storage does not automatically send out invoices or payment reminders. You must select in your account menu options after you setup your account.
